The Menasha Grill

Chef Charlie has been cooking since he was old enough to stand on a chair over his papa’s stove. His specialties include Catfish Atchafalaya, Crawfish Au Gratin and Blackened Gator as well as traditional favorites such as Gumbo, Red beans and Rice and Crawfish Etouffee.

The Menasha Grill also serves a fabulous Sunday brunch with an eclectic menu featuring everything from Crab Cakes and Eggs Pontchartrain and Boudreaux’s Grande Isle Soufflé to homemade corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy and grits. Of course no brunch would be complete without hot homemade complementary Beignets!
